1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing the Kyntlo website, booking a demo, creating an account, using the platform, or authorizing another person to use Kyntlo on your behalf, you agree to these Terms of Use.
For these terms, "Kyntlo," "we," "us," and "our" refers to Kyntlo for Artificial Intelligence Tools, located at Building Lotus2 North90, After Chill Out Lotus, Cairo Governorate 11234, Egypt.
If you accept these terms for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If a written order form, subscription agreement, or signed contract applies to your account, that document controls if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Kyntlo Services
Kyntlo provides a business growth operations platform that may include CRM, pipelines, conversations, booking, funnels, forms, surveys, automation, reporting, reputation tools, AI-enabled features, and related services. Specific capabilities depend on the selected plan, account configuration, usage services, third-party approvals, and add-ons.
Kyntlo may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to give reasonable notice when a material change affects paid customers, but some changes may be required quickly for security, legal, provider, or reliability reasons.
3. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, assigning appropriate user permissions, and supervising activity within your workspace.
- You must use Kyntlo only for lawful business purposes.
- You are responsible for the contacts, campaigns, content, messages, automations, and data processed through your account.
- You must obtain any required consent or authorization before sending messages, collecting data, recording calls, using AI features, or connecting third-party services.
- You must promptly notify Kyntlo if you suspect unauthorized account access or security misuse.
4. Subscriptions, Usage, and Billing
Kyntlo plans may include recurring subscription fees, usage-based charges, add-ons, setup services, and third-party provider costs. Pricing, included limits, and plan features are shown on the website, order form, or account documentation at the time of purchase.
By providing a payment method, you authorize Kyntlo and its payment processors to charge recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, usage charges, add-ons, and other agreed amounts. Usage-based charges may include communications, AI executions, telecom minutes, SMS segments, email services, verification services, numbers, domains, or other enabled services.
If your account uses a wallet, credit balance, or auto-recharge arrangement, you authorize applicable top-ups or charges according to the thresholds, limits, and billing settings approved for your account. You are responsible for monitoring usage and maintaining sufficient balance to avoid service interruption.
Late, failed, disputed, or reversed payments may result in account restriction, suspension, loss of feature access, or termination. Cancellation and refund handling is described in the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Kyntlo to:
- Violate laws, regulations, platform rules, carrier rules, advertising rules, privacy rules, or third-party rights.
- Send spam, unlawful marketing, deceptive messages, phishing content, malware, abusive content, or unauthorized communications.
- Collect, upload, or process sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
- Bypass security, usage limits, billing controls, or provider requirements.
- Interfere with service performance, scrape the website, reverse engineer the platform, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Use AI-enabled features to create unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, harmful, or infringing content.
Kyntlo may suspend or restrict access when we believe an account creates legal, security, deliverability, billing, provider, or platform risk.
6. Customer Data and Content
You retain ownership of the business data, customer records, campaign content, uploaded files, and communications you submit to Kyntlo. You grant Kyntlo the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, troubleshoot, secure, and otherwise operate the services for your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of your data and content. Kyntlo is not responsible for customer instructions, campaign claims, message recipients, consent records, third-party lists, or business decisions made using platform outputs.
Use of personal information is also governed by the Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing terms agreed with Kyntlo.
7. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Kyntlo may connect with third-party services such as payment processors, messaging providers, email providers, calendar tools, domain services, analytics tools, AI providers, social platforms, and other integrations. Third-party services may have separate terms, fees, approvals, policies, limits, and availability.
Kyntlo is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, rejected approvals, account restrictions, carrier filtering, deliverability decisions, platform suspensions, or pricing changes imposed by external providers.
8. AI-Enabled Features
AI-enabled tools may generate content, summaries, suggested responses, workflow assistance, or sales support. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, sending, relying on, or using them in customer-facing workflows.
You must not use AI-enabled features in a way that violates law, privacy obligations, intellectual property rights, advertising rules, employment rules, financial rules, medical rules, or other regulated decision-making obligations.
9. Service Availability and Limitations
Kyntlo works to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party provider issues, internet failures, carrier filtering, payment failures, or customer configuration errors may affect access or delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyntlo is provided without warranties that are not expressly stated in a written agreement. Kyntlo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Kyntlo's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected services during the period allowed by applicable law or the written agreement controlling the account.
10. Termination
You may stop using Kyntlo or cancel your subscription according to the Refund Policy and any applicable order form. Kyntlo may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, legal risk, security risk, provider requirements, material breach, or misuse of the platform.
After termination, access to the workspace may be disabled. Customer data export, deletion, or retention will be handled according to account status, technical feasibility, legal obligations, and any applicable written agreement.
11. Governing Terms and Disputes
Any governing-law, venue, arbitration, or dispute-resolution terms in an applicable order form or written agreement will control. If no separate agreement applies, disputes will be handled according to applicable law and mandatory protections that cannot be waived.
12. Changes to These Terms
Kyntlo may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Kyntlo after updates become effective means you accept the revised terms.
