1. Overview
Kyntlo is a digital subscription platform with optional usage-based services and add-ons. Because platform access, account resources, third-party services, telecom usage, AI usage, and configuration work may begin shortly after activation, refunds are handled according to the rules below.
For this policy, "Kyntlo," "we," "us," and "our" refers to Kyntlo for Artificial Intelligence Tools, located at Building Lotus2 North90, After Chill Out Lotus, Cairo Governorate 11234, Egypt.
If you have a separate written order form or agreement with Kyntlo, that document controls where it conflicts with this policy.
2. Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your Kyntlo subscription at any time through the available account, billing, support, or contact channels. Cancellation stops future recurring subscription renewal charges, but it does not automatically refund amounts already billed.
Unless Kyntlo confirms otherwise in writing, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After the billing period ends, access may be downgraded, restricted, disabled, or terminated depending on account status.
3. Subscription Payments
Monthly and recurring subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged because the account, platform access, hosting resources, workspace configuration, and service availability are provided for that billing period.
Kyntlo may review a subscription refund request when:
- A duplicate charge or clear billing error occurred.
- The account was charged after Kyntlo confirmed cancellation should have taken effect.
- A new customer reports a material technical issue within 7 days of the first subscription charge and Kyntlo is unable to provide access to the core purchased service.
Refund eligibility is evaluated case by case and may depend on account usage, service activation, support history, billing records, and the reason for the request.
4. Usage-Based Charges
Usage-based charges are non-refundable once incurred. These may include SMS segments, email services, phone numbers, call minutes, WhatsApp or other messaging services, AI executions, email verification, premium workflow actions, domain services, and other metered services.
These services often involve external providers that charge Kyntlo when the usage occurs. Customers are responsible for monitoring usage, campaign activity, automations, user permissions, and account thresholds.
5. Wallets, Credits, and Auto-Recharge
If your account uses a wallet, credit balance, or auto-recharge system, consumed balances are not refundable. Unused balances may be reviewed for refund after account closure, after deducting unpaid usage, chargeback exposure, payment processor fees where permitted, taxes, and any other amounts owed.
Auto-recharge settings are designed to prevent service interruption. You are responsible for setting appropriate thresholds, monitoring consumption, and requesting cancellation or adjustment before additional usage occurs.
6. Add-Ons, Setup, and Third-Party Services
One-time setup services, onboarding work, custom implementation, migration work, domains, phone numbers, dedicated IPs, platform approvals, app-related services, paid integrations, and other add-ons are generally non-refundable once ordered, provisioned, activated, or delivered.
If a third-party provider rejects, suspends, delays, or changes a service, Kyntlo will work with the customer where practical, but refunds are not guaranteed for provider decisions outside Kyntlo's control.
7. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional credits, discounts, account credits, or special offers are subject to the written terms of the specific offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional value has no cash redemption value and may be forfeited when an account is cancelled, suspended, or in breach of the Terms of Use.
8. How to Request a Refund Review
To request a refund review, contact Kyntlo at Support@Kyntlo.ai. Include the account name, billing email, invoice or transaction date, amount, reason for the request, and any supporting details.
Kyntlo may request additional information to verify the account and review the transaction. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment processor and the customer's bank or card issuer.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact Kyntlo before filing a chargeback so we can investigate the issue. Chargebacks, payment reversals, or unresolved billing disputes may result in account restriction, suspension, or termination while the matter is reviewed.
10. Policy Changes
Kyntlo may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of the relevant transaction will generally apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.
