1. Overview
Kyntlo provides a growth operations platform for CRM, conversations, booking, funnels, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and reporting. We process personal information to operate the website, respond to inquiries, provide services, support customers, maintain security, and improve the platform.

When Kyntlo collects information directly from website visitors, prospects, and account users, Kyntlo is responsible for explaining how that information is handled. When customers use Kyntlo to manage their own contacts, leads, and customers, the customer is generally responsible for the data they upload or collect through the platform.

Kyntlo does not intentionally collect information in a way designed to identify individuals unless the information is needed for a legitimate website, service, support, billing, security, or customer workflow purpose.

5. Sharing and Service Providers
Kyntlo may share information with trusted providers that help us operate the service. These may include hosting providers, payment processors, calendar and booking tools, communications providers, analytics tools, customer support systems, security vendors, professional advisers, and integration partners selected by the customer.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Kyntlo marketing website currently uses limited essential browser storage, including storage used to remember cookie banner preferences. The website may also load embedded third-party tools such as chat widgets, Forminit forms, Calendly booking, payment links, maps, or platform login links, and those providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies when loaded or interacted with.
Kyntlo does not intentionally run separate advertising cookies on the website unless they are added later. If non-essential analytics, marketing, or third-party tracking technologies are introduced, Kyntlo will seek consent where required by applicable law and update the Cookie Policy accordingly.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect embedded forms, booking tools, chat, payment pages, or platform functionality.
7. AI-Enabled Features
Kyntlo may offer AI-enabled tools for content, conversation assistance, workflow support, or sales automation. Information submitted into AI-enabled features may be processed to generate outputs, improve workflow execution, provide troubleshooting, and maintain service quality.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit data into AI-enabled features and for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them. Kyntlo should not be used to make legally or similarly significant decisions about individuals without appropriate human review and lawful authorization.
8. Retention and Security
Kyntlo generally retains website inquiry, demo, free trial, support, and account-related personal information for up to 12 months after the relevant request, customer relationship, or account activity ends, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud prevention, security, contractual, or customer-configured platform reasons.
Customer workspace data may follow the customer's account configuration, subscription status, deletion request, export requirements, and applicable legal obligations. Customers should maintain their own retention practices for contacts, campaigns, conversations, and uploaded data they control inside the platform.
Kyntlo uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should also maintain strong passwords, access controls, and internal data handling practices.
